Friends of PAC ensures supplemental funding and community engagement for ongoing recreational services and facilities in support of the
HOW FRIENDS OF PAC SUPPORTS
We believe that the PAC is an asset to our community for residents and visitors alike. To support these efforts, Friends of PAC:

hosts fundraising events

develops donor relations

seeks grant funds

provides community engagement and education about PAC happenings and PAC's history

provides volunteers and support for many of PAC's events
The Friends of PAC board works closely with PAC staff to coordinate efforts and collaborate on funding efforts. Together, we work to understand each others roles, provide necessary resources, and connect the community to PAC.

ABOUT US
Friends of PAC is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization created to support continued programming, events, and public access to the Pinedale Aquatic Center. Established in 2018, Friends of PAC received its official non-profit status in June of 2019.
THE PINEDALE AQUATIC CENTER (PAC)
PAC is an all-inclusive recreation center located in rural Pinedale, Wyoming. PAC welcomes over 100,000 visits per year and is the primary local coordinator of youth athletic programs, adult sport leagues, and community recreation events.
Built in 2008, the PAC facility is located on Sublette County School District #1 property. Governed by a Joint Powers Board, PAC's primary funding sources are the rec mil levied by SCSD#1 and membership fees. In 2018, after a 46% reduction to revenue in just four years, PAC adopted a three year strategic plan with a primary focus on diversifying and expanding its revenue sources.
Friends of PAC is a working volunteer board. Each member is active in making Friends of PAC a success. We are always looking for volunteers to help us out with fundraising and special events as well as PAC events.
